1) Services

Service scope, frequency, and pricing are defined in your approved quote or booking confirmation. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and timing.

2) Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are based on information provided by the client and may be adjusted after initial walkthrough
  • Pricing may vary due to property condition, size, special materials, and add-on services
  • Promotions and discounts may be changed or discontinued at any time

3) Scheduling & Access

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate access instructions and safe entry conditions
  • If access cannot be provided at arrival, a lockout fee may apply
  • Appointment windows are estimates and may shift based on operational variables

4) Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling
  • Late cancellations may incur partial service fees
  • Repeated late cancellations may affect recurring booking priority

5) Payment Terms

  • Payment is due as stated in your invoice or booking confirmation
  • Accepted methods are listed at booking and may include card or electronic transfer
  • Late balances may incur reasonable collection or processing costs where lawful

6) Client Responsibilities

  • Secure pets and notify us of any safety hazards in advance
  • Identify delicate, high-value, or irreplaceable items before service begins
  • Provide disclosure of special surface care requirements

7) Satisfaction & Rework

If service quality concerns arise, notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and, where appropriate, schedule a corrective touch-up.

8) Damage & Liability

We take care in all service delivery. Claims for accidental damage must be reported promptly with supporting details. Liability is limited to direct damages and the amount paid for the affected service where legally permitted.

9) Prohibited Conduct

Clients may not misuse our website, interfere with operations, or engage in unlawful behavior directed toward staff, systems, or property.

10) Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, logos, and service materials are owned by Qlinest or licensed partners and may not be reused without permission.

11) Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party tools and providers for payment, communications, or scheduling. Their terms may apply to those specific services.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

13) Governing Law
